Dinghy Sail Training Week

ROYAL ARTILLERY SAIL TRAINING WEEK AT AISTC(S), THORNEY ISLAND

The RA sail training week is held annually at the Army Inshore Sail Training Centre (South) [AISTC(S)], Thorney Island. The event is open to all serving members of the Regiment. The week consists of an RYA Level 1/Level 2 Start Sailing/Basic Sailing course using Fusion dinghies, culminating in a racing regatta. All students on this course will be automatically entered into the RA Dinghy Regatta as individuals, and will form part of their Unit team (if entered) and therefore count towards the RA Inter Unit Dinghy Competition.

This years event is being held 26 - 30 Jun 23, booking is to be conducted via the AISTC booking page. The AI will be available in due course.
